Unwritten Letter # 1

i've always placed greater emphasis on the lyrics of a song before its music. weird but true. like the time when i read a song by alicia keys that wasn't released yet.. "some people want it al but i dont want nothing at all.. if it ain't you baby.. if i aint got you baby.." little did i know that it's music would be awesome and that majority of the people i know would always have this for their LSS. ;p

anyhow.. had been browsing through the lyrics of the songs by Vienna Teng. i think she has 2albums now. imagine, computer engineer who "quit" her job and pursued her career as singer/songwriter. talk about courage, eh? ;p looks like she made a good decision anyway. haha. lyrics style almost similar to Imogen Heap in the sense that both have the tendency to be poetic... which, by the way, makes me love them more. hahaha. sorry, fan of poems here. that's why im so amazed by the fact that not only are they writing poems but they're making their works "more available" to a wider range of people since they formed it to song. amazing. simply amazing.

anyhow. nuff about my blabbering. was just going to share one of Vienna Teng's songs in her first album "Waking Hour". after reading the first few lines.. i got hooked already. i cant wait to hear the melody of this song. argh. if not only for hell week i would have downloaded it already.

P.S. check out Imogen Heap also... her cds arent available here in the phils i think.. but.. she wins it :p
